Agent setup: authorize Sight MCP and ask your agent to call get_tracking_setup. It configures this integration automatically.

Podia

Install Sight analytics on a Podia site by pasting the tracking snippet into Podia's tracking-code setting — no plugin exists for Podia, so this is a doc + snippet repo, not installable code.

Part of Sight, split across repos under the sightapp org — see sightapp/sight-backend's SPEC.md for the full picture, and tasks/plan.md there for how this repo fits the site-integrations roadmap (Track B).

Requirements

Custom tracking code is a Mover or Shaker plan feature. (Podia Help Center: Installing advanced analytics)

Install

  1. In your Podia dashboard, go to Settings → Analytics.
  2. Paste the snippet from snippet.html into the Website tracking code field.
  3. Replace YOUR_API_KEY with your project's API key from the Sight dashboard.
  4. Click Save.
<script src="https://api.usesight.dev/script.js?k=YOUR_API_KEY"></script>

</noscript>

Known limitations (Podia-specific, not a Sight limitation)

  • Podia only supports code placed just before </body> — it does not support code that needs to run in <head>. Sight's snippet doesn't need <head> placement, so this doesn't affect tracking.
  • Podia's Home Feed is a separate experience from your site pages — custom scripts (including this one) don't run there, so Home Feed views won't be tracked. (Podia Help Center: Installing third-party apps)

Verify it's working

Visit a regular site page (not the Home Feed) once, then check Sight dashboard → Overview (or GET /api/v1/query/overview) — a pageview for the path you visited should appear within a few seconds.
