Agent setup: authorize Sight MCP and ask your agent to call get_tracking_setup. It configures this integration automatically.

Webflow

Install Sight analytics on a Webflow site by pasting the tracking snippet into Webflow's site-wide custom code — no plugin exists for Webflow, so this is a doc + snippet repo, not installable code.

Part of Sight, split across repos under the sightapp org — see sightapp/sight-backend's SPEC.md for the full picture, and tasks/plan.md there for how this repo fits the site-integrations roadmap (Track B).

Requirements

Custom code requires a Core, Growth, Agency, or Freelancer Workspace (or an active Site plan) — Site managers and Designers can add it. (Webflow Help Center)

Install

  1. In the Webflow Designer, go to Site Settings → Custom Code.
  2. Paste the snippet from snippet.html into the Footer Code box (loads before </body>, applies to every page).
  3. Replace YOUR_API_KEY with your project's API key from the Sight dashboard.
  4. Publish the site — custom code only takes effect after publishing, not just saving in the Designer.
<script src="https://api.usesight.dev/script.js?k=YOUR_API_KEY"></script>
<noscript>
  <img src="https://api.usesight.dev/t.gif?k=YOUR_API_KEY" alt="" style="display:none" />
</noscript>

What this records

  • Pageviews on every page, including Webflow's own client-side page transitions (the script hooks history.pushState/popstate).
  • The <noscript> pixel as a fallback for visitors with JavaScript disabled, and for AI crawlers that fetch pages but don't execute JS.

Verify it's working

After publishing, visit your live site once, then check Sight dashboard → Overview (or GET /api/v1/query/overview) — a pageview for the path you visited should appear within a few seconds.
